Adam Kirk Kytonen, a Level III sex offender, has registered his address on the 14600 block of West State Route 904 in Cheney with the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, according to a notification.
Kytonen was convicted in 1998 of rape in the second degree of a 57-year-old female, and first-degree rape of a 27-year-old female in 2000. He was released from custody in 2015.
Kytonen is a 42-year-old white male with brown hair and eyes, 5-feet-8-inches tall, 165 pounds, with a scar on his right leg. In his database photo he is bald and wearing glasses and a moustache.
