Public comment requested on Cheney changes
The Cheney planning department is asking for public comment on a proposed property split in north Cheney near Eastern Washington University.
The property is located at 423 N. 10th St. The project applicant, Wayde Burnett with Chatburn Estate, is proposing to split the existing 80,462-square-foot-lot into three smaller lots: Lot 1 at 16,337 square feet, Lot 2 at 15,430 square feet and Lot 3 at 48,704 square feet.
