Cheney is developing a basketball program for boys attending any elementary school in the Cheney School District. A meeting is planned for Monday Oct. 1 at 6:30 p.m. at Cheney High School Library or Tuesday Oct. 2 at 6:30 p.m. at Windsor Elementary community room to meet parents, explain the plan, form teams and answer questions.
The program is for boys in grades third – sixth grade. Practice and plays will be consistent with the high school head coach (Gregg Smith). Coach training and practice plans assistance will be provided.
