Northern Quest Resort and Casino has officially opened two more dining facilities in their location.

It was announced on April 26 that the ice cream shop Ben and Jerry’s along with the Mexican fast food option Qdoba would be a new addition to the casino, and now they are both open for business.

Qdoba is a build-your-own burrito experience. Some of the options include fire-grilled steak, chicken, slow-roasted brisket, fresh-made pico de gallo and hand-mash guacamole. The fast food option is located on the casino floor in the food court, which still includes Fatburger. It is open from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. every day and can be contacted at (509) 481-4850.

Ben and Jerry’s is also in the food court of the casino. At this location customers can enjoy some of the most iconic flavors at the shop where they can sample hand-dipped ice cream, milkshakes and even ice cream cakes. The dessert option is open on Sunday – Thursday from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday, it is open 11 a.m. – midnight. The location can be contacted at (509) 481-4870.

Even with the new additions, Northern Quest still has more options coming in the future. One of those will be the coffee stand Thomas Hammer, a local Spokane company. The new shop is set to serve some of the famous local roasts and make favorite coffee drinks for the customers.

The other anticipated opening is the M & D Theater. This attraction will be unique as it will include eight intimate cinema auditoriums complete with comfy recliners, full table service and a bold menu that can be enjoyed before, during or after the show.

Details on both of those grand openings are yet to be determined.

Outside of food options, the casino released the lines of clothing that will be available at their new retail store Windfall. Those brands include Axe, Barebones, Bearpaw, Costa, Filson, GSI Outdoors, Hari Mari, Lucky Brand, Native Sky, Nite Ize, Otterbox, Pendleton, Salt Creek, Shwood, Ten Buck UGG and Wohali.

There is no exact date on the opening of the store, but it has been set to open in late summer.
