April 30
A credit card was found on the 200 block of Fourth Street.
A rape was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. Incident allegedly occurred in December 2017.
Possible harassment/neighborhood dispute was reported on the 1200 block of First Street.
Harassment was reported on the 300 block of North Seventh Street.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 1200 block of First Street. Possible theft, but likely a misplaced wallet.
Aleah V. Smith, 18, was arrested for third-degree driving while license suspended on the 1700 block of First Street.
