Cheney High School’s boys track and field team’s trip to Portland, Ore. last Friday, April 27, for the Nike/Jesuit Twilight Relays was a productive one for the Blackhawks.
The Cheney dozen who made the trip combined for 43 points and a fifth-place finish overall, one point back of fourth-place Sandy High School from Sandy, Ore. and six points behind meet champion Oregon 6A classification Central Catholic of Portland.
