Medical Lake rallies for dramatic softball victory

Because of the wet, wet, wet spring weather last week, Medical Lake played just one softball game.

But it is one that those involved will remember for a while as the Cardinals scored a come-from-behind 7-6 Northeast A League victory at Freeman on April 10.

The Cardinals dug themselves out of a 6-0 deficit, scoring twice in the top of the fourth inning and then trimmed it to 6-3 with a run in the sixth which set up the dramatic finish.
