Women's self-defense course returns

Back by popular demand is the Introduction to women’s self-defense course conducted by the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.

Classes are open to the public. Reserve your spot for the next class on Saturday May 19. Cost is $35 and is nonrefundable.

There are two four-hour sessions to choose from (ages 14 and up): 8 a.m.-noon. and 1- 5 p.m. Invite your family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors to this valuable training opportunity
