April 2
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. A window on a car was broken.
A bicycle was found on the 400 block of North Fifth Street.
Trespassing was reported on the 2700 block of First Street.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2200 block of First Street.
April 3
Fernando I. Godinez, 19, was arrested for trespassing in conjunction with a residential burglary occurring March 27 on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 500 block of North Third Street.
Child abuse/neglect was reported to the police station. Referral came from Child Protective Services. Victim was formally a resident of Cheney but now lives in Colville. Investigation involves Cheney Police Department, Child Protective Services, Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, Colville Police Department and Stevens County Sheriff’s Office.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1500 block of Washington Street. An iPod was taken from a vehicle.
April 4
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the zero hundred block of North Fourth Street. A vehicle’s windshield was broken.
Hit and run/unattended was reported on the 600 block of West First Street. A car backed into a fuel pump. A suspect has been identified.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2800 block of First Street.
April 5
Police assisted Adult Placement Services on a call on the 800 block of West First Street.
Second-degree burglary was reported on the 100 block of College Avenue.
April 6
Police assisted the Washington State Patrol with a driving under the influence (DUI) stop on the 600 block of First Street.
Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 300 block of First Street.
Trespassing was reported on the 900 block of First Street.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1100 block of First Street. A window was broken.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 200 block of Nolan Brown Place.

Harassment was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane.
Domestic violence was reported on the 700 block of Sixth Street. Police arrested Andrew B. Sanchez, 32, for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 700 block of Seventh Street.
Theft of a vehicle was reported on the 200 block of Betz Road. A red Toyota Tercel was taken.
Third-degree theft from a motor vehicle was reported on the 200 block of Betz Road.
