Feb. 20
Mental health issue was reported on the 100 block of Betz Road. Individual was involuntarily committed due to being incapable of caring for himself.
A juvenile runaway located another juvenile runaway on the 1300 block of Pineview Court.
Feb. 21
Taking motor vehicle without owner’s permission was reported on the 700 block of Third Street. Vehicle was subsequently recovered in Spokane Valley.
Paul S. Noyes, 32, was arrested on the 900 block of First Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) and failure to transfer vehicle title.
