Spring Citizens Academy registration opens

Registration for this spring’s Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Citizens Academy is now open. This academy will focus on officer-involved shooting incidents, how they are investigated and how deputies work to prevent these incidents.

This is also your opportunity to participate in real use of force training scenarios and learn the truth about the laws governing the use of force.

Learn “reality” from the deputies who serve you each and every day and how it differs from what a Hollywood writer portrays in some crime drama.
