Jan. 16
Brandon R. Malet, 27, was arrested for fraud and second-degree theft charges stemming from an incident on Dec. 19 on the 300 block of Erie Street.
Lynn M. Englehardt, 51, was arrested for unlawful issuance of a bank check and third-degree theft charges stemming from an incident on Jan. 15 on the 100 block of F Street.
Ray-Jaun D. Stelly, 21, was arrested for second-degree theft and possession of stolen property charges stemming from an incident on Jan. 15 on the 900 block of First Street.
A hit and run collision that occurred on Jan. 12 at the high school was reported.
A cellphone was found on the zero hundred block of G Street.
Police took an assault report for the Spokane Police Department on the 5200 block of South Ferral Road.
Jan. 17
Trespassing was reported on the 300 block of Vine Street. An individual was reported to be living in a vacant house. Incident likely a landlord/tenant dispute.
Michael F. Deandre, 31, was arrested on the 1300 block of Third Street on a Department of Corrections warrant for felony escape.
Jan. 18
Trespassing was reported on the 300 block of North Second Street. Teenagers at a local church’s youth function were being disruptive.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 400 block of First Street. An unwanted person was reported at a bar, but was leaving as officers arrived.
Jan. 19
Civil problems were reported on the 500 block of Second Street. Initially reported as malicious mischief done to some yard art, incident is likely a dispute between neighbors.
Child abuse/neglect was reported on the 700 block of West First Street. Incident was referred to Child Protective Services.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the zero hundred block of North Eighth Street.
Alicia D. Tapia, 20, was arrested on the 1500 block of Fourth Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
Attempted suicide was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. Individual was voluntarily committed.
Jan. 20
A silver Hyundai Sonata was towed and impounded on the 200 block of North Ninth Street. Vehicle was tagged Jan. 4.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 2200 block of Marigold. Suspicious, threatening-style mail was received.
Attempted suicide was reported on the 100 block of West First Street. Individual was voluntarily committed.

Patiole Pesefea, 22, was arrested on the 1500 block of Ridgeview Drive on a Spokane County felony warrant for third-degree assault.
