The Airway Heights Village Centre Cinemas will be offering a winter matinee series. For $5, people can purchase a strip of tickets that will get them into nine shows that are offered on consecutive weeks each Saturday or Sunday.
Starting on Jan. 20, the "Winter Children's Matinee Series" begins at Airway Heights Village Centre Cinemas, located at 10117 West State Route 2. This program sells a strip of tickets for $5 a person for families and children to attend nine different movies for consecutive weeks until March 18.
"All of the schools surrounding Airway Heights participate," Bara Contreras, manager at Village Centre Cinemas said. "We reach a wide range of schools including Wilbur, Michael Anderson on Fairchild, Great Northern, Reardan along with Cheney and Medical Lake school districts."
