Cheney's Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 11326 has announced the winners of the 2017 Voice of Democracy and Patriots Pen youth scholarship competition.
Cheney High School student Alan Coumbs won first place in the Voice of Democracy category, with fellow CHS student Collin Hines placing second.
