Cheney resident Tina Rassier's home at 320 Buena Vista Drive has been selected the September Yard of the Month by the Cheney Garden and Kiwanis clubs. Rassier receives a $25 gift certification from Jarms Ace Hardware in being selected Yard of the Month.
