A runaway was reported on the 3200 block of Normal Park Road. Individual returned home.
Aug. 22
Sam J. Russell, 34, was arrested for third-degree theft/shoplifting on the 100 block of West First Street.
Aug. 23
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 700 block of West First Street. Possible violation of a temporary restraining order, however no indications of direct communication or observable indication of a violation was discovered.
Patrick S. Russell, 43, was arrested on a Cheney Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a noise violation charge on the 400 block...
