Emmanuel Lutheran Church

Emmanuel Lutheran Church invites you to worship with us this Sunday, Aug. 20. You may also watch our pastor’s sermons on YouTube at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Cheney. Christian education will resume in September.

Emmanuel’s organ is in need of repair. To raise funds for this project we are having a “Garden Basket” raffle. This event is open to the community to participate. Tickets are $1 each or six for $5.

Tickets are available through the church office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – noon, Sunday morning before or after worship, or contact the church office at (509) 235-6300 and an Action Team member will contact you. Here are a few of the items available: garden yard cart, shovel, bypass lopper, pruner, pruning saw, small garden tools, small trellis and more. The drawing will be held on Sunday, Oct. 1 at noon. Participants do not need to be present to win.

All are welcome to visit Emmanuel’s Little Free Library and Free Community Pantry located at 639 Elm St. Donations of books, non-perishable food and personal care items are always accepted. Both are open to the community 24/7. Thank you for your continued support.
