Toivo Tomlinson-Ryan hits the water slide during the Rodeo Round-up Saturday morning prior to the annual Cheney Rodeo Parade. Tomlinson-Ryan and his brother, Jericho Ryan, both Cheney Middle School students, joined many others enjoying the hot weather and downtown attractions that were part of the 50th Cheney Rodeo weekend.
