Schlotter to oversee district's state and federal alternative programs

Cheney Public Schools has announced that Catheleen Schlotter has been selected as the state and federal programs coordinator, including responsibility for the district’s Alternative Learning Experience program with direct oversight of Three Springs High School and Home Works! Parent Partnership. She begins her new position in July.
Schlotter came to the district in 2010 after working as a school social worker and principal designee in the Central Valley School District for nine years. She has served Cheney for the past seven years, beginning as an elementary school counselor and principal...
