Shining moment

Cheney Parks and Recreation's fifth annual Shining Stars Theater performed "The Little Mermaid" this past weekend, playing three shows at Cheney Middle School. Over 300 tickets were sold -- 312 to be exact. The theater's productions have grown over the years, beginning with 20 cast and crew members to over 50 helping and performing this year.
