The Cheney School District officially dedicated its newest school building, Snowdon Elementary, during ceremonies last Wednesday night. A large crowd listened to remarks by school board members Suzanne Dolle and Henry Browne, Superintendent Dr. Debra Clemens and Snowdon principal Shawna Fraser as well as a presentation by “Snowdon Cougars” students (upper left) on what they like about their new building.

A large crowd listened to remarks by school board members Suzanne Dolle and Henry Browne, Superintendent Dr. Debra Clemens and Snowdon principal Shawna Fraser as well as a presentation by “Snowdon Cougars” students (upper left) on what they like about their new building.
After the presentation those present could roam the halls to check out the new facility or take tours guided by Snowdon students.
