After a nearly three-year battle with brain cancer (Glioblastoma), Joey Dean Cawyer (Anderson), age 23, is with the Lord and is now cancer free. The gates of heaven opened for Joey on Jan. 24, 2013 while at home with his mother and loved ones by his side.

He is survived by his mother, Cindy Anderson of Cheney, Wash, his two younger brothers, Johnathon and Jessiah Anderson also of Cheney his father Hank Harrison of Post Falls, Idaho and a countless number of family and friends whose lives have been forever changed by his love without prejudice, his unfaltering faith without fear, his humbling bravery, his inspirational passion for life and his uncanny ability to never meet a stranger.

Joey had a way about him that can never be replicated and we are all so blessed to have been given the chance to share this journey with him. Joey’s family would like to invite you to join them in a Celebration of his life on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 at the Sons of Norway Center at 6710 North Country Homes Blvd. It will be from 1-4 p.m., with the first hour being a memorial and celebratory events to follow. God bless you all for your love and support of Joey and his family during this most difficult time.
