Cheney Rotary Club’s January students of the month

Cheney Rotary Club has named Devon Gorham-Whitman and Holly Passey Cheney High School’s Rotary Students of the Month for January. Both represent CHS choir and Music in Motion groups. Both students have been singing virtually their entire school careers are two of six Cheney members of the All-State Choir headed to performances in Portland, Ore. Feb. 14-17.

Rotary president Steve Schwalbe said the CHS Choir is “among the best in the region,” receiving high marks in the annual choir competition at Shadle High School. The choir sings for many schools locally and throughout the state.Both Gorham-W...
