Looking Back Photo cutline December 23, 1971: Santa visits Cheney-Santa Claus and Captain Cy help Cheney Jaycees pass out candy to youngsters following the Christmas program of cartoons and entertainment by the "Youngtimers" in Cheney City Hall auditorium last Saturday. Over 150 youngsters turned out for the good time and received candy gifts, courtesy of the Chamber of Commerce.
