    Eastern Washington sophomore quarterback Eric Barriere has been honored by College Football Performance Awards as its FCS Player of the Week after guiding Eastern Washington University to its 10th Big Sky Conference football title in school history with a 74-23 win at Portland State Nov. 16. Earlier, Barriere was named as the Big Sky Conference ROOT SPORTS Player of the Week honors on offense. Barriere accounted for 315 yards of offense and six touchdowns in the victory.     Spokane County Sheriff’s Office major crimes detectives, continuing to investigate the suspicious death of Brenda L. Brown, arrested 49-year-old Ronald A. Beck Nov. 19.
