Roundabout work will temporarily close SR 902-Craig Road intersection

72-hour closure starts July 19; signed detour provided for Medical Lake traffic

Travelers using the State Route 902 and Craig Road intersection near Medical Lake will want to allow extra travel time starting the evening of Thursday, July 19, due to a weekend-long closure for roundabout construction.

In a July 12 news release, Washington State Department of Transportation officials said the intersection will be closed for 72 hours and signed detours will be available. When it reopens, travelers will use a single-lane compact roundabout to negotiate the intersection.
