Avista Utilities announced in a June 11 news release that it is performing maintenance to its substation in Sprague.
Approximately 433 customers in the town will experience an outage starting at 10 p.m. on June 19 to 4 a.m. on June 20. Customers who will be impacted by the outage will be notified. No road closures are expected during the planned outage.
Avista crews will be replacing conductors and performing maintenance at their Sprague substation. Avista is continually updating equipment and infrastructure to increase the safety and reliability of their system.
