Tyler J. Howells, 25, was arrested on the 2800 block of First Street on a misdemeanor warrant from Spokane for indecent exposure.

A 16-year-old female was arrested on the 400 block of North Sixth Street for second-degree theft.

A 13-year-old male was arrested on the 700 block of Betz Road for fourth-degree assault.

Three 13-year-old males were arrested on the 700 block of Betz Road for second-degree assault.
