CHENEY
March 19
A wallet was found outside of Cheney by a Spokane County Sheriff’s Office deputy and brought to the police station in order that the owner could be contacted.
March 20
A 17-year-old female was arrested on South Assembly Road as a runaway.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2800 block of First Street.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1900 block of Fourth Street. Tools were taken.
Haydn G. Lieseke, 21, was arrested on the 500 block of Simpson Parkway for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).
March 21
Rick L. Schattler, 52, was arrested on the 1000 block of First Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
March 22
A rape was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street. Incident allegedly occurred in 2017.
A violation of a court order was reported on the 100 block of Anderson Road. Charges could be pending following investigation.
March 22
Sandra M. Thompson, 51, and April M. Adams, 51, were both arrested on the 2700 block of First Street for third-degree theft/shoplifting.
Marcus J. Jones, 37, was arrested on the zero hundred block of West Third Street on initial charges of first-degree burglary/domestic violence, residential burglary/domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence. More charges are pending following investigation.
A fifth-wheel trailer was reported stolen on the 600 block of Clay Street.
Stephen J. Swaner, 36, was arrested on the 2700 block of First Street for third-degree theft/shoplifting and a failure to appear warrant for felony stolen vehicle out of Whatcom County. Possible additional charges pending investigation.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 300 block of Second Street. License plates were taken from a vehicle.
March 24
Malicious mischief was reported on the 500 block of Third Street. A vehicle was damaged.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 800 block of West First Street. A license plate was taken from a vehicle.
March 25
A bicycle was found on the zero hundred block of Third Street.
Dylan A. McCullough, 20, was arrested on the 600 block of West First Street for third-degree theft/shoplifting.
Third-degree theft/shoplifting was reported on the 2700 block of First Street.

An argument was reported on the 600 block of North Jefferson Street.
A hit and run accident was reported at South Salnave and Morhardt roads.
