Washington Trust Bank opened a new West Plains branch in Airway Heights. The bank’s opening ceremony brought appearances from Airway Heights Mayor Matthew Pederson, who was also the president of the West Plains Chamber of Commerce, and members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars who performed a flag raising during the ceremony.
