CHENEY

Jan. 22

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1500 block of Washington Street. The back window of a car was broken out.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 100 block of F Street. Hockey gear was reported missing and possibly stolen, but later found in the roadway and may have fallen out of the vehicle.

Attempted suicide was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. Subject subsequently committed suicide on Salnave Road between Presley and Ridgeview drives.

Jan. 23

Possible domestic violence was reported on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 700 block of West First Street.

Jan. 25

Financial fraud/unauthorized access to a credit card was reported on the 1200 block of First Street.

Jan. 26

Police assisted Adult Protective Services on the 3400 block of Normal Park Road.

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 1100 block of First Street.

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 200 block of Nolan Brown Place. The front door to a residence was opened, but no entry was gained.

Jan. 27

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 1700 block of Third Street. A trampoline was taken.

Discharging a weapon in city limits was reported on the 500 block of Scenic Heights.

Tommy E. Leonard, 39, was arrested on the 2400 block of University Lane for third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence.

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 2700 block of First Street.

Jan. 28

Jose T. Tapia-Lombera, 20, was arrested on the 900 block of Washington Street for hit and run unattended.

A rape that occurred at an unknown location in Cheney was reported at the police station.

Jan. 29

Second-degree assault was reported in the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. Mace appeared to be involved.

A vehicle prowl was reported on the 100 block of North Sixth Street.

MEDICAL LAKE

Jan. 23

Officer investigated a theft on the 100 block of East Lake Street.

Officer investigated report of a theft on the 1100 block of North Lefevre Street.

Officer investigated a hit and run accident on the 700 block of East Fellows Street.

Jan. 24

Reports of multiple assaults were investigated on the 800 block of Maple Street.

Jan. 25

A fight was reported on the 300 block of East Grace Street.

Disorderly conduct was reported on the 500 block of North Walker Street.

Jan. 26

Theft was reported on the 600 block of North Staples Street.

Officer conducted a prowl check on the 1300 block of South Lefevre Street.

Jan. 27

Officer responded to an alarm on the 200 block of East Baker Street.

Officer conducted a prowl check on the 1300 block of South Lefevre Street.

Officer responded to a report of fireworks use at South Salnave and South Clear Lake roads.

Officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances at South Salnave and South Clear Lake roads.

Jan. 28

An assault was reported on the 100 block of South Hallett Street.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on the 1300 block of South Lefevre Street.

Officer conducted a prowl check on the 1300 block of South Lefevre Street.

Jan. 29

Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 500 block of East Campbell Street.

Officer investigated harassment on the 800 block of East Barker Street.

A fire was reported on the 400 block of East Connie Ray Avenue.

Jan. 24

A shooting occurred on the 12800 block of West 3rd Avenue.

A traffic accident occurred on the 1400 block of South Campbell Street.

A welfare check took place on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at Hayford Road and 21st Avenue.

A prowl check took place on the 2600 block of South Hayden Road.

Jan. 25

A commercial alarm was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.

Theft occurred on the 1400 block of South Garfield Street.

An argument was reported on the 1500 block of South Lawson Street.

A traffic accident with injuries occurred at Northwest Boulevard and Mansfield Avenue.

Theft occurred on the 10800 block of West Highway 2.

Jan. 26

Vehicle theft was reported on the 13400 block of West Whitetip Avenue.

Theft occurred on the 14300 block of West Highway 2.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on the 12500 block of West 18th Avenue.

A noise complaint was reported on the 1600 block of South Campbell Street.
