Jan. 3
Justin D. Beal, 23, was arrested on the 500 block of Fourth Street on second-degree theft charges stemming from an incident on Nov. 16-17. Investigation is still ongoing.
Jan. 8
An identification was turned in to the police station.
Jan. 9
Rape was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of College Hill. A car stereo was taken.
Two 13-year-old males and a 14-year-old male were arrested on the 2800 block of First Street for disorderly conduct. Investigation is ongoing and there may be additional charges.
