Cheney High’s girls basketball team opened the season with a convincing 64-41 win over visiting Deer Park on Nov. 28. No other stats were available at press time.
The Lady Blackhawks traveled to Freeman to face the Northeast A League Scotties Tuesday, Dec. 5, and return home to open Great Northern League play Friday against West Valley.
