Celebrate with Santa at Cheney American Legion
Everyone is welcome to Cheney’s American Legion Post No. 72 pictures with Santa Christmas party Thursday, Dec. 14, from 5–7 p.m. Free pictures with Santa, mac and cheese for the kids and Christmas cookies to decorate.
Every child gets to pick an unwrapped present from Santa’s lineup. This event is free for everyone and is sponsored by the Sons of the American Legion.
The American Legion Hall is located at 116 College Ave. downtown.
Feed Medical Lake features Salisbury steak
Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, roasted root vegetables and cupcakes are on the menu for Feed Medical Lake’s Dec. 11 supper. Groceries distribution begins at 4:15 p.m. with supper at 5 p.m. There will be door prizes and the “creation station” for the kids.
The next Feed Medical Lake lunch falls on Christmas Day. Don’t sit home alone, we will have a potluck at 11:30 a.m. on Christmas Day. Please call Joanna Williams at (509) 714-1150 and let her know you’ll be there.
