Oct. 30
An injury accident was reported on the 2300 block of First Street. The driver of one of the vehicles was transported by AMR to a local hospital and couldn’t make arrangements for their vehicle to be removed. It was subsequently impounded.
Forgery was reported on the 2300 block of First Street.
Violation of a court order was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street.
Possible child abuse/neglect was reported on the 2200 block of First Street.
Oct. 31
Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane.
Michael J. Koontz, 33, was arrested on the 1700 block of First Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).
Fahad K. Alturki, 24, was arrested on the 700 block of Fifth Street for third-degree DWLS.
Brady A. Walter, 21, and Denni G. Ortiz-Lopez, 19, were arrested on the 200 block of Fourth Street for nuisance code violation/loud party.
Nov. 1
Discharging of a weapon in city limits was reported on the 100 block of Terra Vista.
Donald E. Armstrong, 53, was arrested on the 1500 block of Ridgeview Drive for stalking/domestic violence.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1400 block of Fourth Street. A cellphone was taken.
Alexander S. Clarke, 20, was arrested on the 3200 block of Meadow Glen for second-degree assault and harassment.
Third-degree assault was reported on the 100 block of North Fourth Street. A double baby stroller was taken.
A possible threat made by a student was reported at Cheney High School.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 2400 block of University Lane. A check was stolen.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1000 block of West First Street.
Kendall C. Dillingham, 21, was arrested on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road on a Cheney Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft.
Rape was reported on the 3200 block of Meadow Glen.
Nov. 2
Fighting/mutual combat was reported on the 1800 block of Seventh Street. Still under investigation.
Nov. 3
A 27-year-old female was reported missing from the 2300 block of University Lane.
A pink bicycle was found on the 900 block of Moyer Street.
Nov. 4
Trespassing was reported on the 400 block of First Street.
Nov. 5
Spencer I. Payne, 22, was arrested on the 100 block of F Street for third-degree malicious mischief and obstructing a public servant. Also arrested for obstructing a public servant when they tried to intervene were Gage S. Gubrud, 22, and Kurt J. Calhoun, 22.
Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 2800 block of First Street.
Harassment was reported on the 900 block of First Street.
Residential burglary was reported on the 500 block of Fourth Street.
