Sept. 25
Jatinder P.S. Lihar, 28, was arrested on the 100 block of F Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) and violation of ignition interlock device requirement.
Harassment was reported on the 2200 block of First Street.

A disturbing letter was found on property on the zero hundred block of North Seventh Street.

Police received a report of an attempted purchase with a stolen credit card on the 1800 block of First Street. A 16-year-old female was arrested for second-degree theft, resisting arrest, disturbing school activities and third-degree assault.
Sept. 27
Rick L. Schattler, 51, was arrested on the 2700 block of First Street for five felony warrants out of Spokane County Superior Court.
A 16-year-old female and a 17-year-old male were arrested for minor in possession (MIP) of alcohol at Cheney High School.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the zero hundred block of Erie Street. Damage to a car.
Sept. 28
A rape was reported on the 200 block of Betz Road.
Samuel J. Russell, 35, was arrested on the 600 block of Salnave Road for a failure to appear warrant for third-degree theft out of Cheney, a failure to appear warrant for third-degree theft out of Spokane and two failure to appear warrants for trespassing out of Spokane.
Unauthorized attachments to a city light pole was reported on the 9400 block of West Anderson Road.
Sept. 29
Alexus J. Rockstrom, 19, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road for third-degree DWLS Spokane District Court warrant.
Kody W. Johnson, 25, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road for a violation of a court no-contact order.
A property damage accident was reported on the 2800 block of First Street. A new driver bumped a vehicle, and not knowing what to do, went home to get their parent and then returned to the scene of the accident.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 600 block of Villard Street. A car stereo and book bag were taken from a vehicle.
Sept. 29
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 1100 block of Oakland Street.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 500 block of K Street. A manhole cover was taken.
Suspicious circumstances was reported on the 800 block of West First Street. Conversations about person taking a gun to school was overheard.
Sept. 30
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1800 block of Fifth Street. Gas was siphoned from a vehicle.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 1000 block of West First Street.
Oct. 1
Fourth-degree assault was reported on the zero hundred block of Alki Street. A third party made the report.
Possible drug overdose/reaction was reported on the 100 block of Blackhawk Lane. Individual was transported to a hospital.
A bicycle was found on the 600 block of Mike McKeehan Way.
Financial fraud/unauthorized use of a bank card was reported on the 3200 block of Normal Park Road.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of North Sixth Street. A bicycle was taken.
