Paul Anthony Cicero

Paul was born Oct. 20, 1952 in Spokane. He passed away in Cheney on June 25, 2017 while driving back to his home in Clear Lake. He was 64.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Leslie (Shaw) Cicero, son Conor Paul, brothers Michael Cicero (Lucinda), Terry Cicero (Terry); sister Angela Splater (Larry) and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Victor Cicero and parents Angelo and Dorothy Cicero.

Paul was a 1971 graduate of Cheney High School and a 1977 graduate of Eastern Washington State College with a degree in education. He taught art at Medical Lake High School for 33 years and coached both track and cross country for 20 years.

His retirement included fishing, hunting, and watching the wildlife that visited their lake home. Family and friends are invited, Saturday, July 15 at 11 a.m. for a remembrance of Paul. The service will be held at the Cheney Funeral Chapel, 1632 W. First.

The family suggests donations be made to the Spokane Humane Society.
