Judith L. Rose, 50, was arrested on the 100 block of West First Street for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

Kaycee L. Wayne, 28, was arrested on the 200 block of West First Street for reckless driving, third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) and hit and run.

A red bicycle was found on the 900 block of Skyview Drive.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 700 block of Chestnut Street. A bicycle was taken.
July 7
A stolen vehicle was recovered on the 2700 block of First Street. The 2002, dark blue Sonoma was stolen out of Spokane.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 700 block of Dubois Street. A 23-year-old man was found lying in the middle of the street.
Keys were found on the 400 block of West First Street.
Abdulathim H.Y. Altammaar, 23, was arrested on the 2300 block of First Street for third-degree DWLS.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the zero hundred block of West First Street. Possible attempted shoplifting.
Second-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 800 block of Chestnut Street. A car was damaged.
July 8
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane. Tires were slashed.
Jimmy R. Zent, 37, was arrested on the 1700 block of Second Street for third-degree DWLS.
Residential burglary was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane.
July 9
Forgery was reported on the 2200 block of First Street.
A mental health issue was reported on the 700 block of Betz Road. Subject was involuntarily committed.
