This driver and passenger are engaged in having some fun, and capturing the action with a selfie stick during "Drifting" competition July 2 at Spokane County Raceway's road course. Drifting is a driving technique where the driver intentionally over-steers, with loss of traction for either rear, or all tires. The driver still tries to maintain control of the car through a corner, often trailing clouds of blue smoke as seen in this photo.
