Cheney

Congregational Church

Come and worship with us this Sunday. We are one of the oldest congregations in Cheney and we are beginning our new future. We are people who step up to the needs of our community. We learn from our Bibles and care about each other.

We are inaugurating our new round of “Dining Out” groups. Get in touch with Donna Pearson if you’d like to start or stop participating. We have some groups that meet for lunch, others for dinner. Let us know.

Men’s breakfast is this Sunday at 7:45 a.m. before worship. It’s always the second and fourth Sunday.

The church has a new email address: cheneycongregational@gmail.com. We will soon release our new website. You can always reach pastor David Krueger-Duncan at (509)-202-0842

For your contemplation: “When we are truly in this interior simplicity our whole appearance is franker, more natural. This true simplicity … makes us conscious of a certain openness, gentleness, innocence, gaiety and serenity, which is charming when we see it near to and continually, with pure eyes. O, how amiable this simplicity is. Who will give it to me? I leave all for this. It is the Pearl of the Gospel,” – Francois Fenelon.
