Westwood artists on display at Airway Heights library

The Westwood Middle School Art Department is proud to announce its 2016-17 Artists of the Year: eighth-grader Eve Reese, seventh-grader Emma Miller, and sixth-grader Katelyn Verstrate.

These students have shown exceptional commitment to the arts through their creative experimentation, focus on excellence and unique self-expression. Displaying work from classes and individual projects, a three-person show featuring these artists is now at the Airway Heights Library through May.

Visit the library anytime during regular business hours to experience Westwood Student Art. The library is located at 1213 S. Lundstrom St., and is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Wednesdays and Saturdays 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Sundays 1–5 p.m.
