The Cheney High boys tennis team lost a close 4-3 league contest to GNL rivals East Valley, April 20. No. 2 singles Aaron Fillmore's defeated Josh Fraser (6-1, 6-1), and No. 3 Eric Van Wig's swept Luke Pineyard, 6-0, 6-0. In doubles, No. 2s, Jared Adams and Logan Ray defeated Gage Edens and Josh Glubrelet, 6-3, 6-3.
