CHENEY
March 27
Harassment was reported on the 400 block of Irene Place.
Cheney police assisted the Airway Heights Police Department on a report of a possible sexual assault on the 12000 block of West Fourth Avenue in Airway Heights.
A violation of a court order was reported on the zero hundred block of West Second Street.
Dustin L. Leonard, 23, was arrested for taking motor vehicle without owner’s permission on the 800 block of West First Street. The vehicle was recovered.
An attempted suicide was reported on the 200 block of Lincoln Street. Voluntary commitment.
March 28
Harassment was reported on the 1300 block of Third Street.
An attempted suicide was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney Spangle Road. Voluntary commitment.
Theft of a motor vehicle was reported on the 200 block of L Street. Vehicle was later recovered one mile west of Cheney in a wheat field off Salnave Road.
Jeremy A. Guerrero, 37, was arrested for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) on the zero hundred block of Cheney Spokane Road.
Cheney police assisted officials from the Teton County Sheriff’s Department in Choteau, Mont. on a possible violation of a no contact order. The order originated in Cheney Municipal Court, and involved disallowed email contact between one person in Cheney and a second person in Montana.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2200 block of First Street.
March 29
Randall B. Easley, 58, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Cheney Spokane Road for third-degree DWLS.
March 30
Harassment was reported at Cheney High School. A 15-year-old male was arrested for fourth-degree assault, harassment and resisting arrest.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported at Cheney High School. A car was keyed.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 500 block of Cedar Street. A bicycle was taken.
March 31
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2200 block of First Street.
First-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of North Third Street. Jewelry was taken.
A runaway juvenile was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney Spangle Road. Police arrested a 15-year-old female as a runaway out of Spokane County. She was transported to her home.

Assault was reported on the 500 block of South Hallett Street.
April 1
Harassment was reported on the 1000 block of North Prentis Street.
