A memorial celebration for James T. Norwood, who passed away Jan. 28 will be held Saturday, April 1 at 10 a.m. at Spokane County Fire District No. 3 on S. 10 Presley Drive, Cheney at 10 a.m.
Internment will follow at 1 p.m. at Spokane-Cheney Memorial Gardens, 5909 S. Cheney Spokane Road, in Spokane.
