Medical Lake will send six wrestlers to Omak this Saturday for the 1A regional tournament where berths to next week’s state championships will be decided.
Weston Thomas, a sophomore, will wrestle at 113 pounds following a third place finish at district competition last Saturday. Thomas was the highest Cardinal finisher for Medical Lake.
Freshman Brandon Giles will compete at 120 pounds, senior Bodhi Forbes at 126, Braden Wirth, also a senior, wrestles at 145, as does junior Sam Griffey. Junior Chris Hurt-Moran will vie at 160 pounds....
