Primetime Mentoring comes to Medical Lake

MLSD partners with Communites in School for mentor program


The Medical Lake School District is partnering with Communities in Schools (CIS) to offer its Primetime Mentoring program at the district’s buildings in Medical Lake and Michael Anderson Elementary at Fairchild Air Force Base.

The program has been established in several school districts around Spokane County, including Cheney.

For the program, mentors meet with their students for one hour a week. During that time, adults will spend one-on-one time with students doing different activities.
