Grand prize to Toni Herley

Toni Herley of Reardan, Wash. was the grand prize winner in the 2016 Free Press football contest. Herley’s winning entry was drawn from among all weekly contest entries who beat our Cheney Free Press experts. She wins a $100 gift card from Wild Bills Long Bar in Cheney.
