Eastern women split at home

Junior Delaney Hodgins became just the 17th player in Eastern Washington women’s basketball program history to score 1,000 points on Thursday, Dec. 8, as the Eagles scored an 84-67 victory over Cal State Fullerton at Reese Court.

On Sunday, Dec. 11, Eastern was handed its first loss at home this season as the Eagles fell to regional rival Gonzaga, 73-54.

Hodgins scored her 1,000th career point with a 3-point field goal in the third quarter and ended the day with 28 points to give her 1,015 points for her career.
