The West Plains Little League 10-11 All Star team shut out the Riverview All Stars, 20-0, July 9 to capture the District 13 title and will advance to the state tournament in the 10-11-year-old division in Clarkston. West Plains will play District 4 in the first-round of the state tournament, July 23.
