June 27
Taking motor vehicle without owner’s permission was reported on the 500 block of Second Street. A 1994 Acura Integra was taken, but recovered on July 4 on the 200 block of North Ninth Street.
A 1995 Nissan Stanza was impounded at a crash scene on the 1200 block of First Street. The person on the scene with the vehicle did not have a license, and it was not immediately clear who was driving.
June 28
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 2200 block of North Sixth Street. Neither combatant had the mental capacity to be combatants so no assault charges were filed.
